A b o u t N e x t L e v e l A r t S e r v i c e s The inspiration for creating Next Level Art Services and the awareness of the need for dedicated, stand-alone art exhibition websites came about basically from two directions. Over the last several years, it has not been possible for us to attend exhibitions by many of our artist's friends and we really wanted to see the work. Frequently there was no on-line venue presence beyond a short description and an image or two about the event. The artist did not have time to add the exhibit to their own website, their time was spent on creating the work. The second direction came about from curating an group museum exhibit and discovering there was no budget nor staff to build a web presence for the show. So we did. This frequently is the case. Our hands on experience has confirmed not only the need for but the effectiveness of augmenting an exhibition, being solo or group, by providing a web presence. This web presence needs to begin before the exhibition, adding images of the opening reception and remaining visible well after the show is over. Further, this web presence needs to integrate with the artist's and the venue's website, social media and all promotional materials, both print and digital. Like Bill's New Mexico Artist Directory, which also grew out of what we perceived as a "hole" in the artweb, we believe that we can contribute to filling another important need for, primarily, artists along with other art institutions and galleries no matter where you and they are.

A b o u t W B B r o w n WB Brown spent his youth into early adulthood living in the rural deserts of Utah and Arizona. Following graduation from college, and a stint in the corporate world, he opened his professional creative studio specializing in product, architectural and nature photography. Browns range of commercial photographic experience incorporated conceptual creative processes, planning, layout, imaging – continuing thru each stage to the pre-press specs and finished publication of corporate promotional materials. Brown was frequently retained to produce these projects in conjunction with the clients creative team. In WB's prior professional studio, he often designed and painted the backdrops which were used to create specific environments. His photographic expertise, prior to "photoshop", often found him working with locations requiring sophisticated techniques, i.e. lighting, exposure and composition. These skills transferred smoothly to the computer. Today Brown builds websites instead of sets. Brown is the creator and administrator of the New Mexico Artist Directory, a project which encompasses the work of artists throughout New Mexico and directly links from the Directory to the artist's website. Visitors are able to connect directly to the Artist's Studios, Representing Galleries, Exhibiting Venues and Events by Region and Communities. "We design and develop an independent web-based PLATFORM for your exhibition project which provides public access, beginning in advance, continuing thru your event and for an extended period after your event closes. Each PLATFORM is individually designed for your specific requirements." For more information visit the website: www.nextlevelartservices.com
